PJ Dick, a leading regional building construction services company is looking for a Project Administrator to join its Operations team to assist in managing projects in the Pittsburgh region.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Organize and process a variety of company and owner documents for numerous construction projects. Provide administrative support for multiple project managers, project executives, and project engineers on construction projects.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Organizing and processing a variety of company and owner documents for numerous construction projects, working on multiple tasks and shifting priorities simultaneously and managing deadlines.
- Prepares and manages owner contract documents.
- Prepares subcontractor/supplier documents as needed (change orders, releases, joint check agreements, correspondence, etc.)
- Collect and review certified payroll from subcontractors.
- Varied responsibilities encompassing projects from beginning to end.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's/groups direction.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education and experience requirements include: four year college degree or 5 years of related office management experience, and a valid driver's license. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with exposure to other types of computer software. Prior work in a construction environment preferred.
