POSITION SUMMARY

The Programmer Analyst will review, analyze, evaluate and maintain various systems and applications in support of the business and production. Identify opportunities and be directed to specific opportunities for system improvement. Plan, budget, and manage capital and expense projects. Assist in designing, programming and implementing off-the-shelf and custom software systems to ensure requirements are best met and policies and processes are followed.

Development and implementation skills are a key component of this position, although there are some opportunities to outsource aspects of development and implementation, this position is expected to be hands-on for the vast majority of projects and implementations. The ability to learn and retain (during implementation, technical training, or cross-training) how best to manage, improve, and develop various applications and systems is a critical component of this position.

Sign on Bonus: $500 after 90 days of employment, additional $500 after 180 days of employment.
