We are searching for a long term temp (full time schedule) to assist in our Scheduling Team based in our Wappingers Falls, NY office. Some remote or hybrid work may be available after fully trained

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide efficient and effective programs and services delivery scheduling to Laerdal's customers in
all assigned tasks, upholding Laerdal Values at all times. This role is responsible to assist in
the delivery of services by making customer contact and scheduling all ordered services.
POSITION HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Responsible for data integrity in Salesforce and other related systems components. Act as a liaison
between Laerdal, customers, internal and external, ensuring service delivery is scheduled in a timely,
efficient and quality manner. Ensure KPIs are attained in support of quality services delivery.**

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficient calendar scheduling and maintenance for services delivery team members (ESS, FSE and others as
assigned). Provide customers with quality, timely communication regarding their scheduled service delivery
events. Ensure the customer has the most qualified available Laerdal team member assigned to their
scheduled event. Review and troubleshoot customer inquiries and complaints as necessary. Escalate urgent
issues for satisfactory resolution. Communicate clearly and accurately with Laerdal team members and
customers. Timely and accurate delivery of PM Kits, Course Materials and other items necessary to complete
the scheduled event.
