Program Manager - Site Supervisor Job at Accessible Space
Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans. Accessible Space, Inc. a national nonprofit provider of housing and personal care services to adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injury (TBI) is seeking a FT Site Supervisor to manage two of our Twin City metro locations.
**This is a full time position split between two locations** St Paul & New Brighton Plan your work week with complete flexibility in where and how you start and end it! Primary duties include all aspects of supervision of staff including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff; managing performance and disciplinary issues. In addition, the candidate selected for this position will be responsible for care documentation in conjunction with billable care hours; facilitating positive working relationships between staff and residents; and must be able to resolve resident and staff issues through use of effective problem solving, negotiation, and team-building skills. Qualifications needed for this position include: BA Degree, preferably in Human Services, a combination of work experience and education may be substituted for degree.
One year of Supervisory experience required. with a minimum of one year working with adults with disabilities necessary. Excellent organizational and communication skills. ASI is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer.
