Job Summary

Directed and supervised by the Director of Client Services, the Program Manager of Client Services is responsible for supervising all Client Services Supervisors and the planning, development, coordination, and quality management of client services, as directed.

Essential Functions

1. Directly supervises Client Services Supervisors.

2. Provides interim coverage for supervisory positions.

3. Actively promotes the objectives, policies, and procedures of VARC, Inc.

4. Acts as VARC, Inc. Quality Liaison.

5. Coordinates and oversees A-Team efforts for the organization.

6. Participates in Group Supported Employment development.

7. Conducts and assists in the planning and coordination of client services training and development activities.

8. Actively seeks expansion opportunities for assigned services.

9. Participates in and/or conducts supervisory program meetings.

10. Reviews incident reports for accuracy and may perform additional follow up.

11. Reviews and approves behavior support plans.

12. Assist in the development of policies and procedures, as requested by Director.

13. Conducts ongoing needs assessments for all phases of client services and makes recommendations to the Director of Client Services for any program changes.

14. Attends meetings and conferences to research new training ideas, curriculums and technologies.

15. May serve as a representative on assigned committees or focus groups.

16. Assists in long and short term organizational planning.

17. Accepts other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field. Experience in working with individuals with varying abilities. Possess good communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with individual clients, parents/guardians, other service providers, staff and employers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
