Program Manager
Synertex is looking to hire a Program Manager in support of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s Training Directorate in Linthicum Heights, MD. This is currently a hybrid position (1 day in the office, 4 days telework), but could be subject to change at the client’s discretion.

Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher level degree) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline
15 years of demonstrated Portfolio, Program and Project Management (PM) experience
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
5 years of DoD experience
5 years of demonstrated experience with the Defense Acquisition System and supporting DoD Software Development Project and Programs
5 years of demonstrated experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
5 years of demonstrated intermediate knowledge of PM documentation (e.g. Project Management Plan, Project Schedule, and Standard Operating Procedure)
Possess a minimum of a SECRET clearance.
Be versed in Agile processes.
Additional Desired Skills:
Have prior experience in training development and remote learning methodologies.
