Program Manager
In this role you will:
-
Understand material, labor, and equipment costs for concept designs, design development documents, bid documents, and change orders, working with the client team to agree to GMPs
-
Oversee change management and control, budget management and documentation, fiscal and cost, reports, charts, graphics, trend analyses, and document control
-
Identify and manage scopes, timelines, budget and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome
-
Ensure successful delivery of construction projects through all project phases: planning; preconstruction, construction, commissioning & close out; validation

Ensure timely initiation, progress and completion of stage gates program; identifying risk and developing mitigation strategies when needed

Monitor and manage program risks

Analyze cost reports and regularly review with senior management and clients

Produce reports and briefings for site teams

Reconcile programs and project controls data to understand and manage overall project health

Are an experienced project manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership

Have a track record of balancing the needs of all partner teams to develop strategies for the best result for the client

Are able to think strategically to effectively project manage with high levels of customer satisfaction
Salary range for this position is between $120,000 to $155,000, but actual salary offered will be dependent upon education, skills, and experience.
