- Establish processes and assign appropriate resources to effectively administer the requirement
- Provide for all management and support of Contractor personnel.
- provide a list of all personnel performing under this PWS within 30 calendar days after receipt of award to the Government Program Manager and COR
- Provide a list of all personnel performing under this PWS no later than (NLT) three (3) business days after any change, or Government request
- Participate in meetings and reviews, and host meetings and reviews as required by the Government
- Perform oral and/or written reports on tasks and required activities contained in this PWS as requested by the Government Program Manager and delivered in Monthly Status Reports
- Successfully integrate and coordinate all activity needed to execute the PWS, the timeliness, completeness and quality of problem identification, corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues in controversy, effective/responsive management of Sub-Contractors, customer satisfaction, and professional and ethical behavior of the Contractor management personnel.
- Implement a safety program that ensures protection of Government personnel and property. In the event of an accident/mishap, take reasonable and prudent action to establish control of the accident/mishap scene, prevent further damage to persons or property, and preserve evidence. A written or email copy of the Accident/Mishap Report shall be sent within three (3) calendar days to the COR.
- Comply with base Operations Plans/instructions for Force Protection Condition (FPCON) procedures, Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAMS) and Operation Security (OPSEC), Emergency Management (EM) and local search/identification requirements. Safeguard all government property including controlled forms provided for Contractor use. At the close of each work period, government training equipment, facilities, support equipment, and other valuable materials shall be secured.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive inspection system that assures compliance with all requirements of the PWS IAW FAR part 46, Quality Assurance. Develop and provide the COR a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that demonstrates how the Contractor shall maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government covering the services under the PWS. The QCP shall demonstrate documented processes and procedures to monitor and control items including, but not limited to: Objectives in the Services Summary, Subcontractor relationships, Contract and subcontractor invoicing, Non-conformances, Customer complaints, Contractor employee qualifications and certifications provide this Quality Control Plan to the COR within 30 calendar days after receipt of award.
- Provide support to design, maintain and implement a Training Plan which will describe the processes, training, knowledge, and certifications that Government and Contractor personnel require to conduct NSCCA/NSATE.
- Provide support to develop procedures and technical support to perform a criticality assessment of the nuclear critical functions of each software item including timing estimates critical for nuclear safety related functions.
