IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator in Huntsville, AL
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, screen and provide products to support taskers to the Product Office, Project Office, ASA(ALT), OSD and others as required
  • Coordinate with Project Office leadership daily regarding office priorities to meet programmatic requirements
  • Briefing Project Office leadership on a weekly basis on the status of all work products and deliverables assigned
  • Research and implement new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations
  • Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology
  • Analyze new or proposed legislation or regulations to determine impact on program operations and management
  • Develop new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals or objectives
  • Identify data required for use in the management and direction of programs
  • Develop management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures and methodology
  • Develop procedures and systems for establishing, operating and assessing the effectiveness of administrative control systems such as those designed to prevent waste, loss, unauthorized use or misappropriation of assets
  • Maintain continuity of all operational requirements within the Product Office through effective communication between operations and administrative personnel
  • Identify resources required to support varied levels of program operations
  • Review administrative audit and investigative reports to determine appropriate changes or corrective action required
  • Analyze and evaluate prosed changes in mission, operating procedures and delegations of authority

Required Qualifications

  • MA/MS degree with 10 years’ (BA/BS with 18 years’) relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated expert experience in Microsoft Office tools; Power Point, Excel, Project, Word, Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience working on Army Acquisition development programs, preference for Aviation
  • Knowledge of contract requirements and documents such as Statements of Work and Integrated Master Schedules
  • Understanding of the Army acquisition, budget and Government contracting principles and practices
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance
  • Travel is 10%

Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
