SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Program Evaluator is responsible for conducting data analysis, completing project reporting and performance assessment, leading quality improvement strategies pertaining to data results, and monitoring and reporting data results to Health Operations leadership staff and SAMHSA officials for the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Expansion Grant.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Master's degree in a Human Services-related field, Healthcare Management, Technology-related field including Data Analytics, or Business Administration with at least 3 years of experience in direct services and/or operations in healthcare or data analytics and reporting;
• Or a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field, Healthcare Management, Technology-related field or Business Administration with at least 5 years of experience in direct services and/or operations in healthcare or data analytics and reporting.
• Up to one year of experience in research can replace one year of relevant healthcare or data analytics experience.
