Seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee our mental health facilities that range from residential to outpatient. We have multiple locations and various licenses/accreditations. We are looking for a Program Director with a minimum of a Masters Degree and prior experience as a Program Director, Operations Director and/or COO. Applicant must have 2 years managerial experience in health care and overseeing operations, clinical and administration. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of direct report supervisory experience. We are looking for an individual who is policy and procedure driven, can establish and enforce protocols, streamline operations and assist with the expansion efforts. The candidate must be proficient in licensing regulations, compliance, quality assurance and department audits. The Program Director would interface closely with each department to ensure cohesion, excellent communication and integration of policies/procedures. We are in a growth phase and seeking a program director who has experience in start up operations, who can standardize and duplicate our systems and streamline the process so it is more efficient. Program Director must have experience with excel, word and salesforce. This is a important position with a lot of leadership responsibilities. Elevations is seeking an individual who is dependable, ambitious, enthusiastic, trust worthy, excellent work ethic and a positive role model to staff. The ideal candidate must also have great verbal, written communication skills, be highly professional, client centered and strong customer service. We are eager to bring on an individual who can help us carry out our mission and act on behalf of the CEO and COO to help provide the oversight, mentorship and leadership to our team. This position reports directly to the CEO. It is a full time position with health insurance benefits/PTO. Salary is based on experience.
