Charles County HARC is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the oversight of approximately four residential group homes that support Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Must have the ability to work independently and follow through on commitments while demonstrating sound time management skills. Must have the ability to identify and resolve problems; have the ability to supervise staff with support and respect; the ability to perform multiple tasks at once; and the ability to demonstrate good computer skills. The position requires on-call coverage after hours.

Successful candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:

* Valid driver’s license with a minimum number of points (2 or less).

* A college degree in human resources or related field.

* Experience in the field.

* Pass pre-employment drug testing.

* Clean Criminal Background.
