Program Analyst Job at Cavan Solutions
Provide program support to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) modernization initiatives and integration of operational improvements.
- This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, review, and validate operational concepts and preliminary requirements
- Conduct research, evaluations, analysis, and studies and present solutions and recommendations
- Organize and assist with planning and directing teamwork among subject matter experts and/or project leads
- Develop document and template formats, including a weekly status briefing package, to support more efficient communication across various layers of the organization
- Support resource management tasks assigned by the client
- Interpret and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve process and optimize result
- Develop communication and correspondence with stakeholders and internal teams to meet and execute program objectives
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- US Citizenship required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, and a proactive team member
- Excellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiences
- Research support to FAA or National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) projects including developing concepts of operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, mathematics, or Human Factors
Travel
- Project-related travel as required
