Lilium Harmony Landscapes, LLC is looking for full-time gardeners to join our 20th season on the Wasatch Front. We are an all-inclusive company and we encourage learning, teamwork and advancement in life as well as within the company. We are in the business of making Utah just a bit more beautiful.

Applicants with experience are offered a higher starting wage but all employees have the ability to increase their wage with increased capability and efficiency. Foreman positions are promoted from within and raises are given freely on merit and learning.

You will learn a lot on this job about Utah plants, ecosystems, micro-climates, soils, etc and we look forward to your added knowledge. We operate as a team and we’re looking for gardeners that can work in a group and also solo in a landscape (don’t worry, we give lots of instructions).

Our job is pretty physical including walking, digging, squatting, lifting, etc throughout an 8 hour work day and we work primarily with softscape (plants), bark and soil. We do a little bit of hardscape. We don’t do lawn mowing or lawn care and we don’t do huge tree trimming or removal. Any plant that is 3 feet below ground or 10 feet above is our specialty. Our gardeners do all fine gardening including planting Spring annuals and Fall bulbs, perennial planting, tree planting, weeding, mulching, transplanting, installing, leaf removal, etc. We do so much that it’s hard to name everything but you’ll learn a lot and enjoy your time while doing it.

The majority or our clients live between Kaysville and Salt Lake with concentrations in Farmington and Bountiful.

Start and stop times fluctuate throughout the season with the morning temperatures and the sunrise. We start every day as early as possible for the conditions.

COVID-19 considerations:
All of our work is outdoors and we are able to maintain a 6' distance from one another. Tools are not shared. Masks are optional. We encourage vaccination (management is vaccinated) but it's not required or made an issue of).
