On the job training

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Handle and process glass in a safe an efficient manner;
• Work to meet daily production goals through effective flow of units;
• Inspect product for quality throughout the process to meet or exceed Cardinal and customer expectations;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
• Be a contributing member of the Cardinal family through professionalism and values

Qualifications:

• English is NOT required
• Must be at least 18 year of age
• Basic computer, math and tape measuring skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
• Must be able to work overtime as required

Physical Ability:

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis (depending on position)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical assessment. Adhere to random drug screening.

New Shift Time:

12-hour shifts – Work 3 days, Off 4 days

Starting Hourly Rate: $20.41 /hour

New Shift Hours & Days

Sunday – Tuesday: 5:45pm – 6:15am

Wednesday – Friday: 5:45pm – 6:15am
