Job Location: Oceanside, CA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that health and safety guidelines are strictly followed
- Prepares for production by reviewing production schedule, reviewing specifications, calculating requirements, assembling materials and supplies for manufacturing loaded solid supports
- Maintains an inventory for all raw materials and consumables required for manufacturing
- Ensures the production activities are performed according to established procedures and other regulatory requirements
- Completes manufacturing documentation according to good manufacturing and documentation practices and reviews for accuracy and completeness according to established timelines
- Set ups, cleans, operates and maintains all production equipment
- Works with QA team to implement the quality policies and goals and draft production-related procedures, as needed
- Strong written skills for SOP, batch record, and document revisions. Experience in failure investigation and prevention is a plus
Requirements:
- BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or relevant science degree
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Able to attend to details and act decisively
- Familiarity with production equipment including reactors, stirrer, vacuum pumps, and ovens

Salary: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
