TT Electronics’ Olathe, Kansas facility, is an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of custom magnetic products and assemblies. The Olathe-based site has 65 years’ experience in the design and development of unique harsh-environment solutions for mission-critical applications.

Role Overview and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
- Creates and updates part numbers and bills of materials and operations routers in the ERP system.
- Enters and plans jobs in ERP based on resource capacity, and material/ equipment availability.
- Reviews completed jobs for scrap/rework/efficiency and utilization and advises related stakeholders for investigation and process improvement.
- Researches and schedules pull-ins, add-ons, and other customer change requests.
- Reviews job travelers and maintains lot usage for traceability requirements.
- Updates revisions and manages open jobs and inventory for configuration control.
- Researches and investigates anomalies in ERP to maintain data quality.
- Reviews customer requirements and enters the requirements where necessary in ERP for proper flow-down of information.
- Assist Production Planner in other projects / new program scheduling when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred in operations, supply chain management or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing ERP systems, preferably Epicor or other SQL based ERP preferred.
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain process is preferred,
- Experience working within an ISO or AS9100 quality management system is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (version 2013 or later), including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints is preferred.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident status is required.
- This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
