We are seeking Packers in our fast-paced manufacturing facility. We offer consistent, reliable schedules and a competitive rate. Employees also have the opportunity to make an additional $1,000.00 if they refer someone for the position.

This is a great job for all ages (18+) and skill level, we are hiring for day shift start times 5:00-6:00 a.m. and night shift start times 4:00-6:00 p.m. with overtime available!

This position is responsible for the final stage of product packaging. This includes inspecting and packing product into corrugated boxes, closing and coding of boxes for palletizing. The Packer position requires the employee to stand for the entire shift and may require items to be packed from a moving conveyor system. This position requires adherence to Housekeeping, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety and all other Company Rules and Policies.

• The job requires repetitive task, occasional manual lifting of weights in excess of 40 pounds.
• The working position require turning, twisting and/or bending while lifting. This job also requires the ability to climb stairs, ladders and walk in the area of moving conveyors.
• The job requires moderate endurance, manual dexterity and good reflexes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities in this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Follow Job Safety Analysis, always use safe work practices and report hazardous conditions or unacceptable work practices that are observed .

• Always keep equipment and area clean and orderly

• Perform assigned tasks

• Inspect product being packaged for deficiencies and quality

• Wear PPE as required

• Perform other related duties as directed
