JOB OPENING

Production Operator

White Castle Distributing – Vandalia, OH

Non-Exempt

Shift Hours: 2:00pm to 10:30pm

(hours can change based on the needs of the plant)

Our Operators are responsible for working throughout the entire manufacturing operation and working closely with co-workers. They must be team players and get along with fellow workers in a cooperative manner.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent;
• Good hand/eye coordination;
• Ability to keep up with production on a moving conveyor system;
• Keep up with the production rate;
• Stand on concrete floors and watch a moving belt without adverse effect;
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs with regularity and occasionally up to 70lbs with some bending, twisting, and turning.

What you will do:

• Supply production with raw materials
• Inspect product for quality and food safety. Correct or remove inferior product
• General cleaning of equipment, floors, trash cans, accessory items and outside grounds
• Set up/break down equipment, raw materials, and/or other items at the beginning and end of the shift
• Train White Castle Team Members and temporaries as directed
