Production Manager Job at Mancan
Mancan Staffing is hiring in Georgetown, PA! We’re looking for a Production Manager to oversee all of the productions needs. This is a full-time salaried position with bonuses based on job performance and company profitability. You will work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm along with some overtime will be required. Pay is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee drawing issue to the shop supervisor. Working with the engineering staff to see that the correct drawings are issued in a timely manner.
- Scheduling the work through the shop providing daily input to the shop supervisor.
- Assigning field crews and summarizing the field work when needed for invoicing.
- Provide progress reports on specific jobs as needed.
- Provide inspection reports on completed orders prior to shipment.
- Interact with the temporary services, and other sources to find new employees to build and maintain the staffing level to the required amount.
- Mentor and evaluate new hires and provide yearly employee evaluations.
- Complete necessary employee disciplinary forms and discuss them with the required employees to address deficiencies in employee performance.
- Work with shop supervisors to ensure that correct fabrication procedures are being followed.
- Review and provide input to the sales team and complete quotations as needed.
- Coordinate safety and compliance requirements with the shop supervisor.
