The ideal candidate will be an integral part in leading our associates, and fostering teamwork, while assisting in building a productive, motivated, and outstanding team.

Essential Responsibilities:

Team Lead

Work with Supervisor to ensure consistent and productive line flow.

Assist in training employees.

Communicate with Supervisor any challenges or obstacles.

Ambassador for effiency, quality, and productivity.

Partner and participant in striving for continuous improvement for increased productivity, and maintaining of high quality standards.

Maintain and control inventory for area.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain good housekeeping, 6S.

Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met.

Health & Safety Awareness.

Hold accountability.

Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures.

Knowledge & skills required:

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects

Requirements

Previous optical manufacturing helpful.

Experience in evaluating equipment, product and process development, and solving production problems
