Production Drafter - Residential Remodeling

Qualifications

Our preferred candidates will have the following:

• Have a minimum of (3) years of experience with CAD programs.
• Preferably in Chief Architect
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel.
• Strong technical ability and highly detail oriented
• Possess exemplary communication.
• Effective time management skills
• Capable of prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.
• Work within a team setting to accomplish final product.
• Positive attitude, flexible, trainable, and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Prepares installation documents using Chief Architect.
• Reviews final design plans with Design Tech.
• Format & enter the sold contracts into general and keynotes within installation packets.
• Creates additional elevations and various floor plans for the installation packets based on the final design plan.
• Work in partnership with the Design Development Manager to ensure the Production and Project Managers receive all necessary and accurate documents to schedule, start, and complete remodel projects.
• Performing additional duties may be required.
