This position operates equipment and performs assembly in order to support the process of materials for Sunglass and Goggle Production.

Hiring for Day (6am - 2:30pm) and Swing Shifts (2:30pm - 11pm, includes differential pay)

*This position requires mandatory overtime based on production needs.

*Retention bonus for employees in good standing on 30/60/90 days.

Essential Job Functions:

• Follows written and verbal work instructions.
• Verifies materials match the assigned work orders for proper machine set-up and die identification.
• Identify different sunglass and goggle models by part number and by physical characteristic.
• Records and tracks work accurately.
• Ensures raw material inventory for correct part runs.
• Familiarizes self with the equipment and assists with basic preventative maintenance.
• Assemble and packages goggles, sunglasses and various accessories.

*Other duties as assigned.

• Able to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Excellent math and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with use of hand and basic power tools.
• Able to stay on task and adapt to production changes as needed.
• Able to maintain good attendance and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Repeated use of fingers, hands and wrists for manipulation of small parts.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of the day.
• Exposure to industrial chemicals, moving machinery and loud noises.
• Able to occasionally lift and move pieces and boxes from 5-30lbs.
