Assemblers in our warehouse are needed! No experience? That is okay!

• Starting wage is $17-$20 per hour, based upon experience. Performance raises within your first year! Swing shift gets a $1/HR differential!
• Day shift hours: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
• Swing shift hours: Monday-Friday from 1:30 pm - 10 pm.

Highly repetitive, simple short-cycle mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly following prescribed routine or where method of assembly is obvious. Requires the ability to follow demonstrated steps. Requires simple adjusting with liberal tolerances and no fitting. Work involves frequent handling of moderate to heavy components and may include walking or standing most of the time.

Job Duties

• Run schedule; understand and decipher part numbers.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and established safety protocols.
• Must meet defined production expectations and be on-time to schedule.
• Read and recognize assembly parts and their subcomponents by size for application of assembly.
• Package and label product and perform computer transactions.
• Meet all company work schedule and attendance expectations, and perform within the physical and environmental demands of the job.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Must be able to work in a team
• Understand oral and written instructions
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
