Job Summary:

Vitronic Promotional Products/Crown Promotional Products, a division of IMAGEN Brands, is seeking a Production Artist to assist the team in ensuring the artwork provided by the customer is prepared and ready for production.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes artwork provided by the distributor in order to prepare it to be production ready
• The artist lays out the artwork on production templates to size, gauges the art, and correctly colors it based on the printing method
• In addition, the graphic artist may create artwork for customers without existing art files
• Recreates, lays out & edits are files submitted by customer to be production ready
• Communicate with external customers to offer help, discuss options or solutions in regards to artwork to ensure quality imprint and product
• Create artwork from scratch for customers lacking in existing artwork
• All other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED or at least 1 year of work-related experience
• At least 18 years of age or older
• 1-3 years in a production art environment preferred, 1 year Adobe Illustrator expeirence required
• Proficiency using a computer and associated software with an emphasis on artwork programs such as Adobe Suite CS6, Corel Draw, Smart Stream, etc
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
• Experience using order management systems such as Oracle highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (bi-lingual (spanish) a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
