Position Summary:

We are seeking a sociable, high-energy, detail oriented individual to join our business analytics team as Product Owner. This is a new position in support of our growth. You will have the opportunity to directly impact how cross-functional teams interact. Bring order, structure, and guidance to our engineering and marketing implementations. Design best practices that support our live-saving mission. Can you spot opportunities to pave the path to a better way and clearly describe what changes need to be made? Responsibilities:

• Implement and administer a custom, state-of-the-art agile methodology to manage projects, key initiatives, business relationships and communication.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Analytics, Engineering and Marketing.
• Manage, coordinate, and track the execution of team initiatives, sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings in alignment with leadership and company goals.
• Provide metric-driven status reports for business partner consumption.
• Successfully deliver results across remote and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with the development and implementation of an incident management process.
• Coordinate and manage the development of technical documentation that articulates business value and benefit.
• Facilitate conflict resolution. Appropriately elevate roadblocks or challenges.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience as a scrum master, agile project manager, business analyst or product owner.
• Previous experience interfacing and communicating with marketing teams is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge or interest in Google Analytics, online and multi-channel advertising, software development, and data analytics.
• Proven experience managing complex and technical projects.
• Confident, skillful and nimble communicator. Can effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ClickUp and/or Braze is a plus.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau is a plus.
• Demonstrates the Core Values of Delta Defense, LLC.
