The Role at a Glance
The Product Marketing Manager, Refresh Subscription Service serves in a key role to drive consumer acquisition as part of the Refresh EZ Print Subscription team. As a champion of the printing subscription business, a core strategic initiative for Brother, this person will drive subscriber acquisition by managing channel strategy & analyses, overseeing subscription pricing, and managing a number of growth initiatives.

Leverage your professional experience to drive acquisition and channel expansion of our fast-growing ink and toner subscription service, Brother Refresh.

  • Manage consumer growth initiatives to optimize various points of the consumer journey
  • Assess market trends and confirm offerings and plan pricing are in line with consumer needs
  • Liaise with Channel Partners, Channel Marketing and Sales teams to define and execute Refresh channel strategy
  • Create and manage channel KPIs and metrics to measure the success of channel performance
  • Coordinate research and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics
  • Coordinate product forecasting to ensure adequate supply to fulfill consumer demand
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and HQ for channel and acquisition growth initiative

What You’ll Need

A love and talent for product or service marketing and an aspiration to help develop a fast-growing business leveraging insights and analytics. In addition, you need:

  • Experience in product or service marketing
  • Experience synthesizing large amounts of data to create strategic recommendations
  • Experience working on projects involving continuous improvement around products, services, or processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships inside and outside of the organization

This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers.
