About the Role:
We are on the hunt for a SaaS Product Marketing Lead to own and build the product marketing function at Unit21. You will own building the GTM strategy for launching products, marketing the problems customers face, and working cross-functionally with product, sales and customer success to execute the plan.

The ideal candidate has experience launching compelling products that tell storytelling putting the customer first and guiding them on how to solve their problems through messaging across channels.
They are the ultimate left and right-brained thinker. You love numbers, and maybe you've worked on pricing and packaging before, but you also excel at storytelling and communication. What you will be doing:

  • Drive and scale adoption of Unit21's products by supporting the go-to-market teams
  • A customer-centric approach that understands the market, competitors and Unit21's target customers' motivations and pain points
  • Develop crisp, compelling positioning and messaging that articulates Unit21's risk and compliance infrastructures capabilities to attract customers and engage users
  • Own end-to-end launches of products along with pricing and packaging changes
  • Create engaging content for video, web, presentations, datasheets, diagrams, blog posts that educate the market.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Engagement

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • An ability to lead at both the strategic and operational levels, and to consistently meet or exceed planned objectives.
  • A strong track record of spearheading launches and marketing campaigns that drove significant business results
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience with core analytical concepts like LTV and incrementality
  • Strong ability to synthesize insights and leverage to influence key decisions
  • A scrappy and resourceful way of operating. You can unblock yourself to achieve your goals and always think creatively about your approach to problems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role demands a strong ability to use the spoken and written word to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
