  • Hiring Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Summary

  • The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, road mapping, understanding user needs, and aligning stakeholders around the vision of the product. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with business units to deliver, maintain and support a positive product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Individual is responsible for owning a portfolio of products that are a main interface between IT and business units.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product growth by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas and/or identifying other areas for product growth within the enterprise.
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Gather and analyze information relevant to current and new products and services.
  • Effectively interact with employees, vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures and quality of service and problem resolution.
  • Assess current product offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate steps to ensure they’re successfully achieved.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans.
  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
  • Provide leadership, management, and strategic support for a variety of large- and small-scale projects.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product growth plans, special reports and analyses, and answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Maintains consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, banking regulations, and bank policies and procedures related to the position.
  • Delivers the quality of service as defined by department standards.
  • Travel to various banking locations will be required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • 4 - 6 years related banking or product management experience ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
