Annual Salary - $85,000.00 + Full State Employee Benefits
The RPA Product manager will be responsible for effectively managing the automation team to consistently deliver process improvements and timely maintenance updates for existing automation processes.

- Knowledge of product or market, including specific technical or industry knowledge; project management and interpersonal skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of the curriculum requirements for a bachelor's degree and (4) years of experience in a technology environment
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preference Statement
Must have working UiPath experience as well as a people leadership background
BS in Business, Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or technical equivalency
5+ years of experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA), specifically with UiPath
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and drive projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive discovery of use cases for automation with business stakeholders/ process owners
- Drive mining of use cases for process automation with all divisions and work prioritization for the RPA team (from inception to delivery)
- Gather, interpret and translate business needs into requirements that facilitate application development through interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis
- Document and analyze requirements, design workflow charts and diagrams, study and understand system capabilities, and develop future-state specifications and standard operating procedures
- Understand system behavior, inputs, and outputs as they relate to business functions
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with team members, both internal and external.
- Successfully engage in new initiatives and projects while supporting current initiatives and projects.
- Possess analytical and strong time-management skills.
- Maintain technical environment; work closely with IT resources to fix any environmental issues promptly
- Provide support and assist business groups with RPA-related issues
- Maintain and communicate to stakeholders pending projects pipeline and project timelines
- Manage relationships with external vendors and UiPath
- Maintain and track the backlog and build a healthy, steady pipeline for RPA Team
