Product Manager, Data & Analytics Job at Inspire Brands
As a Product Manager, Data & Analytics Platform, you will join of a team of product managers partnering with data analysts, data scientists and data engineers to build industry-leading capabilities in data & analytics.
 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining 6-12 month strategic product roadmaps for planning future work, sharing materials with Inspire executive leadership, and driving alignment towards a definition of done of analytical products 
- Collaborate with Inspire’s analytics teams to gather user requirements for our data & analytics platform 
- Partner with Inspire’s Enterprise Data team to communicate and clarify business requirements; serve as key liaison between Inspire’s Technology and Analytics organizations 
- Ensure the ‘voice of the user’ is represented in platform design, development and testing; facilitate User Acceptance Testing activities 
- Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to guide feature deployments, diagnose / solve problems and identify / manage dependencies with other products at Inspire 
- Work with analytics teams to embed outputs from the data & analytics platform into business decision-making, ensure platform is being adopted by analytics users and meeting their needs 
- Maintain backlog of new features and enhancement requests, work with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize backlog based on business value vs. effort 
- Work with analytics partners to define and establish value measurement targets against budget and develop EBITDA estimates for total program value, including ROI. Craft other KPIs relevant to evaluate product success 
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is required 
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
- 2+ years of experience as product manager who has helped stand up data platforms bringing together data from variety of sources for downstream use in business analysis 
- 2+ years of experience working directly as a Data analyst or equivalent role 
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES
- Strong documentation skills, specifically writing requirements, user acceptance testing, and other strategic documentations to communicate vision and strategy 
- Ability to work hands on with data, use SQL to analyze data, understand data schemas and governance 
- Good knowledge and understanding of data platform and data quality SLAs and tracking 
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake and Redshift 
- Experience working with analytical tool such as Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau or similar tools is a plus 
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and large data systems is strongly preferred 
- Understanding of marketing technologies / customer behavior data analysis / operational analysis is a plus

- Self-starter – able to operate with minimal supervision 
- Analytical – able to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders

- Passionate about the restaurant industry or desire to deep dive into this industry – curiosity to understand our operations and customers
