The Role
To develop and support new and existing business within the Photopolymer product lines. This is a development position within the Business management group in support of the business management team. Strongly collaborate with all functions to drive completion of key projects within the product lines. Responsibilities and projects may include new product creation, customer product sampling, product demand forecasting, tracking customer notifications and implementation of change, customer specific projects, customer document review and response, market data monitoring, product cost analysis, sales price and margin analysis, new business evaluation, and customer presentation preparation. The key measures for success will be the ability to drive projects to completion with a high quality and accurate work product within the required timelines. External US:

The Role

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Manage projects within the Photopolymer product lines in support of the business management team- Prepare price and margin analysis and support price negotiations with customers
- Prepare business data analysis and present to key stakeholders
- Assist product management in customer presentation preparation and with customer specific projects
- Research and track market trends and report back to team on outlook in support of strategic planning and budgeting process
- Support management of change (MOC) process including internal reviews, customer process change notifications (PCNs), customer qualification status monitoring and closure
- Work with customers and engineering team to set up new product configurations (packages, specifications, labels)
- Support the scale up of new products including product creation and raw material costing
- Assist with the internal review process of customer documents and response generation
- Track critical supply situations to support customer order fulfillment
- Manage and track product sampling in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service
- Monitor and contribute to product regulatory projects
REQUIREMENTS
BS in technical or business management, MBA a plus- 1-3 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, applications engineering or operations at a semiconductor related industry manufacturing company
- Comfort working independently on projects
- Semiconductor market experience a plus
- Desire to advance into business management field
- Must have excellent capability to use Power Point, Excel to create concise, first-class presentations and comprehensive excel business analysis documents
- Must have demonstrated strong project management, financial analysis, organization, and communication skills
