Ensure the timely and accurate product information is gathered and presented for all our products. Review daily work and keep workload well distributed between team members so that merchandise has all the proper information and price tag with images the same day it arrives to the showroom floor. Monitor team member's performance to make sure they are meeting expectations for performance. Merchandise the product on display online and ensure all product display relationships are presented in a way that assists the customer in making the decision to purchase.

Essential Duties and Responsibilites

• Oversee the Product Information department's daily activities.
• Plan and conduct department meetings to make sure the department is up to date with any new information, current challenges, and ensure the team has a good understanding of products and workflows.
• Manage and process Change Requests Form to properly plan, research, implement, and keep track of all changes to the website that will impact the entire company.
• Serve as liaison between the Product Information Department, Purchasing, and Advertising as it relates to product assets, placement, and sales events.
• Run and evaluate category sales reports to make sure expected sales are being met.
• Keep the department's workflow chart up to date to ensure that we have a clear visual representation of the department's workflow.
• Identify possible areas of improvement of our process, people, or systems and present possible solutions for approval.
• Train new team members of the Product Information Department.
• Support the retail stores with any questions or concerns regarding the product assets displayed on the price tags.
• Work closely with the Advertising Department to coordinate activities supporting Promotions and Offers; Product Lists, Promotional Packages, Special Edition price tags.
• Onboard new vendors to the Vendor Portal.
• Maintain good collaboration with Vendors to enlist their collaboration to improve the quality of the product information we collect.
• Collaborate with the Copywriter and SEO Specialist as it relates to product descriptions and any additional product asset.
