• Overall responsible for all data requirements related to product offerings, from induction of new items into our ERP and PIM to on-going maintenance of data and assets.
• Responsible to keep website product information up-to-date driving new search result and leads to sales
• Is accountable for product information to ensure the highest degree of data quality, standardization and ensures data synchronization across multiple systems and platforms.
• Researches and analyzes multiple sources to determine correct operational data values and attributes. Maintains attribute sets by category.
• Maintains all rich product information and definitions for 800+ and growing attributes across 200k + products
• Maintain data for EDI portals supporting National Accounts and punchout catalog updates as directed
• Maintain vendor product information for our intranet “Online Desk Catalog” which provides up to date supplier resources for our sales teams
• Develops feedback to improve internal processes, cross-functional processes, and system performance.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives.

• Associates degree (A. A.) from two-year College or University; and one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Basic personal computer skills, email, and office software (MS Office).
• Excellent analytical skills, written, verbal communication and spreadsheet skills required.
• Strong database skills
• Ability to work well with others in the team.
• Communicate clearly and concisely to customers and colleagues.
