• Responsible for metric reporting on Product inventory, issues, vendor cooperation, etc
• Collects and maintains Vendor regulatory and compliance data
• Track trends for Product/Parts Ordering and Damage Reports to identify specific quality issues
• Coordinate quality inspection of new product
• Work with vendors to drive continuous performance improvements
• Monitors ongoing updates of restricted substances, regulatory and product safety standards for furniture to protect the brand and deliver products which are safe, legal and meet customers’ expectations
• Issue Corrective Action Requests/Reports to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Assist in establishing disposition of non-conforming materials through management of product returns, reworks (repairs), and/or obtaining timely credits
• Monitor Vendor overall performance and use metrics to enhance Vendor Performance Reports
• Responsible to contribute to or lead compliance initiatives
• Nurtures and maintains a philosophy of product integrity, quality and compliance

• Positive and professional communication, both verbally and written is essential.
• Extreme accuracy, speed and proficiency with 10 key and attention to detail are critical
• Self-motivated, works well under direction, a logical thinker, ability to prioritize, strong analytical and problem solving abilities are highly desirable
• Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow through on areas of responsibility
• Strong computer skills in multiple applications, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• 3-5 years working experience in Quality Control, Compliance, Vendor Management, or similar highly desired.
