Description:

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture. Responsible for customization, configuration, data migration, maintenance, internal and external customer support for Station Casinos LLC Team Members and Suppliers engaging with the system, and ongoing technical support for the System as it relates to the Procurement modules. Work with the Operations Management teams, Finance and Procurement, Business Intelligence group, Operations Analysis Team, IT. Work with various outside Suppliers and Vendors as they relate to Station Casinos. Assisting with adoption and use of Stations’ Supplier Portal by the Suppliers and Vendors. This will include gathering data from the Suppliers and Vendors to be loaded into Stations’ Procurement System weekly. I.E. item, pricing and sku files. Analyze data relevant to Procurement processes, define data requirements, evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying business requirements. Analyze process event log data including, but not limited to process work flow, time on task, cycle times, bottlenecks, and rework loops to identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve process efficiency. Design process dashboards, analyze results and deliver improvement recommendations. Apply process engineering methodologies to achieve Business Transformation objectives. Ad hoc when needed; develop functional and business requirements using individual and group interviews, surveys, process walks, and peer site visits. Define and document functional and business requirements if/as needed using best practices methods which may including high-level systems diagrams, requirement traceability matrices, user stories, functional specification documents, data maps, test cases, workflow diagrams, system interface, and user report requirements according to standardized methods while using natural language accessible to non-technical communities. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. Regulate the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Support software quality assurance and test any new updates and releases for issues before they are deployed to production environments. Analyze complex information and situations independently, identify problems and relevant factors, formulate logical conclusions, and recommend and implement alternative solutions. Apply technical skills to create and update the Purchasing Systems’ configurations to adapt to changing attributes, optimize for efficiency and ease of use, and work with other ERP System stakeholders to help ensure best overall designs and configurations. Support End Users with the creation of help sheets and training materials. In addition to technical skills, this role should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, strong focus on internal customers and professional demeanor, and high intellectual curiosity with ability to learn new concepts and frameworks, and technology rapidly as changes arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, equivalent work experience. Master’s degree or Prior System Configuration and Deployment experience a plus. Industry experience with configuration management tools. Knowledge on ERP systems and core processes (P2P, O2C, AP, AR) and experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is a strong plus. Demonstrated experience determining the impact on existing business systems when system modifications are made. Experience managing projects. Strong analytical skills with passions on working with structural data sets. Experience with ERP Systems, on premises and cloud, such as JD Edwards, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Teams) to include making charts, data manipulation, pivot tables, queries. Experience processing, filtering, and presenting large quantities (100K to Millions of rows) of data. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Effective analytical, troubleshooting and cognitive problem-solving skills. Strong focus on internal customers and professional demeanor. High intellectual curiosity with ability to learn new concepts and frameworks, and technology rapidly as changes arise.
