Title – Procurement SAP Specialist

Location – Melbourne, Florida (Onsite only)

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

• 4 to 5 years strong SAP skills in MM Module (mandatory & required hands-on work experience)
• Transforming procurement requests into procurement orders
• Managing purchasing order cancellation, rescheduling or PO information change (quantity, price)
• Follow-up and expediting of Procurement orders
• Ensuring accuracy of the order, GL account, or project number, ship to location, supplier information on Procurement order, and relevant notes/comments on the Procurement order document
• Managing disputes and problem solution
• Transforming procurement requests into procurement orders
• Prepare reports on Procurements, including cost analysis
• Convert all purchase requisitions to purchase orders on time
• As part of the integrated project/program team, perform assigned roles and responsibilities
• Be prepared with your input that effects Past Due customer orders
• Strong analytical skills within Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.)- Mandatory Requirement
• Regularly interface cross-functionally to ensure alignment, service levels, priorities and roadblocks are addressed
• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related is required. May consider years of experience and education in lieu of degree
