Responsibilities:

• Submit Requisitions for approval in the Smart Source System (Viatris business system)
• Monitors, approves, and tracks invoice from vendors in CORA system (Viatris business system)
• Monitors and Tracks Cost vs Budget for IFM Program
• Performs Monthly Accruals for the services rendered in the month
• Support Facilities & Utilities IFM group in the invoice/payment resolution with Vendors and
  Viatris Procurement Group
• Follow-up to contractors and suppliers in the invoicing process.
• Generates and analyze finance reports as requested
• Able to discuss issues with suppliers, contractors, and IFM Supervisor to reach agreement
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Provides Monthly reports of opens POs and invoicing.
• Submit Requests for quotes as needed.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with mayor in Accounting preferred

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  
• He / she may frequently work inside weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, exposed to wet and or humid conditions, and an odorous atmosphere, may be exposed to fumes and the risk of electrical shock, and occasionally work on ladders in high places, in small spaces, such as lift/metering stations, manholes, tanks and wet wells. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.
