The Process Auditor (PA) conducts process audits as scheduled and directed by the Quality Manager. Additionally, the PA conducts training activities as planned and directed by the Quality Manager.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Performs process audits, standard work audits, planned method audits

· Prepares for audits communication to the facility leadership team

· Maintains familiarity with the scope of business

· Prepares/adapts checklist and audit plans

· Conducts all audits in a professional and objective manner, adding value to the company

· Follows all instructions of the Quality Manager, and cover all checklist items as instructed. Take sufficient sample sizes to ensure objective and accurate results

· Conducts the audits with the goal of providing Leadership Team with objective information on the status, effectiveness and efficiency of the process, standard work, on the safety of the workplace, and on the compliance of various processes to company and customer requirements

· Contributes to the company-wide implementation of best business practices through active identification and communication of best practices during the audit

· Records all audit findings, record audited result compliance, record objective evidence for audit findings

· Reports audit results to the Management Representative without delay

· Performs training activities as planned by the Leadership Team

· After audits, will inform Quality Manager of any non-conformances and issue a corrective, preventive continual improvement request

· Participates in improvement projects in all work area

· Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience/Education:

· Experience in Logistics, process and planned method audits.

· Good personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, power point, etc

· Thorough understanding of Six Sigma Experience.
