We are looking to add another helping hand and friendly face to our Pro Shop Crew.
Position Available: Pro Shop Cashier / Associate
Duties include but are not limited to…

• Greet customers who enter the ProShop. Provide assistance to every customer examples include: check-in, questions about our facility, details regarding the membership program.
• Using proper phone etiquette to answer incoming calls from customers. Calls may include questions about T-times, course availability, level of wait time on course (if any), etc.
• Ring up sales, check golfers in, issue cart keys,
• Record tee time reservations using an excel sheet and paper either over the phone and or in person.
• Stock merchandise such as beverages, snacks, golf equipment, and accessories, cleaning of work area, etc.
• Other responsibilities as needed,
• Must be a team player.
• Must be able to work some weekends.
• Must be able to multi task while providing proper customer service over the phone and in person.
• Must have some experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Must have cash handling experience or previous cashier experience.

Position is part time 10-20 hours weekly, hours are flexible.
Current hours or operation for
Summer hours include Monday - Sunday 7:00am- 7pm Winter hours are from 7am-5pm
Currently our shifts are separated for am shift 7 am - 1pm closing shift is 1pm- 6:30 pm. Hours of operation will change with day time savings. Proper notice is given to all staff during time change.

Training: On site Training with a member of management.

Estimated Training Time: 2 Week- 3 Weeks. 4-6 shifts both in opening and closing. Proper availability for closing and opening shift is needed. After training is complete we will adhere to your schedule. We offer flexible training schedule to be able to accomplish all training needs.

All customers are required to wear a mask. The number of people in line in the Pro Shop cannot exceed 3. Standard plexiglass partitions are installed between our associates and our customers. Gloves are provided but not required.
