As a Nurse Practitioner for Oracle Cerner, you will conduct exams and collaborate with supervising providers to develop plans within the scope of professional license to evaluate and treat injuries, acute illnesses and chronic conditions, as well as, educate and counsel members about preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications. You will perform diagnostic tests and screening evaluations prescribe and administer medications and medical devices and perform minor surgical interventions. Lastly, you will follow established policies and procedures to work in clinic environment involving possible exposure to potentially hazardous materials and situations that require safety precautions and may include use of personnel protective equipment.


Conduct exams and develop plans within the scope of professional license to evaluate and treat injuries, acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Prescribe and administer medications and medical devices. Perform minor surgical interventions. People Management Responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports): Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution. Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments. Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development. Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.
