We want you on our team... Clark Regional Medical Center located in Winchester, a 20 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a PRN staff development coordinator.

Essential functions of position include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates education activities and professional development within the Department of Nursing and Hospital wide.
Effectively plans and administers the technologies and resources used for educational purposes.
Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing, required
Master's Degree Nursing, preferred
Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Licensure/Certifications: Valid current Kentucky RN state licensure Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
