We are looking for a therapist (LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW or LMFT) to join our growing private practice in Mokena.

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.
• Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress.
• Maintain thorough records of sessions and progress.
• Follow all protocols and maintain client confidentiality.
• Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Work Hours & Benefits:

We offer a wide range of flexibility allowing clinicians to choose the days and hours they would like to work as well as the option to see clients in-person, remote and hybrid. Clinician will have a caseload of between 8-15 clients per week, with an option to increase. Compensation varies depending on experience, level of licensure and certifications

• Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently to develop, implement, and evaluate safety and intervention plans to meet individual and family needs.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Current with all state licensing requirements
• Several years’ clinical experience
