McKenney Home Care is an established family owned Private Duty Home Care Agency. We have been in business for ten years in Naples with strong and consistent growth. We are licensed by ACHA and accredited by ACHC . We staff caregivers and clinicians to service elderly clients in their place of residence. Our goal is to provide excellent care and companionship. We are a growing agency and are looking for a dynamic, qualified individual to join our team!
As a Sales Liaison/Client Care Coordinator you will be the very important connection between McKenney Home Care and the community, referral sources and clients. Your main responsibility will be to market our company, develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, generate referrals by meeting and speaking to physicians, facilities, attorneys, care managers, insurance agents, etc. and educating them on the services that we provide. Other duties to include supporting business development activities, community outreach and meeting with clients or their representative to facilitate our client intake process.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and relationships in the home health field with a previous history of experience in this role and a passion for helping the geriatric community.
Position requires reimbursed travel around Collier County. Candidate must have reliable transportation.
This is a salaried position plus commission with a schedule of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm although some weekends and evenings may be required.
