Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join an established clinic at PMG Happy Valley. This role could be for an Internal Medicine physician or Family Medicine physician with adult/geriatric focus. You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APC who will support your panel and some in basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, along with case management support. Located in Clackamas County, Happy Valley is a great place for families who want the conveniences of being near Portland, or for those who wish to closer to the Mount Hood National Forrest and easy access to outdoor recreation.

• Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
• 4 days/week schedule (M-F)
