BW Primary Care is one of the largest and most reputable family medicine/internal medicine practices in Carroll County and Baltimore County, Maryland. We have two office locations which are 20 minutes apart, one in Eldersburg and the other in Owings Mills. Our practice has 15 practitioners between these two locations and our current staff is 40+.
We have an innovative Body and Wellness Program that offers nutritional and lifestyle coaching, High Intensity Laser Therapy (H.I.L.T) non-invasive, drug-free approach that treats underlying pain, Mental Health services, and established Telehealth services.
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant to join our team in Eldersburg. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about working in a busting primary care office setting.

If you possess these qualifications, please apply immediately:
- Master’s degree and Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner license (APN, APRN, or NP) or Maryland PA license/NCCPA Certification
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Maryland CDS and DEA license
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Minimum of one year of outpatient primary care experience
