Description:
- Support and provide as-needed backup for Pricing Department.
- Maintain pricing database and selling structure for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and manage quote database as directed by Sales and Managers.
- Evaluate and execute requests by pricing stakeholders to change established prices or quote new prices, update system with approved changes.
- Assist with software management as it relates to pricing.
- Coordinate management and review of vendor and customer contracts and price files as it relates to pricing stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and timely data, reporting and analysis to support pricing initiatives and other functions.
- Interact continually with all pricing stakeholders (Sales, Billing, Management, Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable) in identifying, reviewing, and correcting pricing issues.
- Perform daily reporting tasks with software tools (mainly SSRS and Excel).
- Build and maintain tracking system for driver and vehicle access at third-party locations.
- Contact vendors to find available product as needed.
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills (particularly Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and triage incoming requests and issues.
- Self-motivated; thrives with little daily supervision.
- Strong data entry and analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively via phone, text, and email.
