City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Pressure Washer Operator to join our expanding team in the Sacramento area!
For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for property and facility managers throughout California, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs.
Duties include the following:
- Pressure Washing parking garages, walkways, garbage enclosures, etc.
- Graffiti removal
- Building façade cleaning
- Adherence to all safety rules and procedures
- Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, safe, and good working condition
- Other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 or more years of Graveyard Experience
- 2 or more years of Commercial High Pressure Power Washing
- Communicate effectively with management
- Valid driver's license with 3 years of clean DMV history (Copy of MVR)
- Experience with driving a truck with trailer
- Strong map reading and routing skills
- Conditioned to perform physically demanding and repetitive work
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass drug screening, and work physical
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Be available to work extra hours, weekends or changed schedule as required by customer needs
- 34-38 Hours per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
