Securitas USA is searching for a President of the Mobile Guarding Division that will lead operations in both the United States and Canada. This position is located at the Mobile Division HQ in Frederick, Maryland, and this leadership role will have you reporting directly to the President and CEO of North America. The President of the Mobile Guarding Division will have the strategic, P&L, and operational responsibility for the largest mobile security operation in the security industry. In addition, they will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the Mobile business by driving both direct sales and collaborative sales with our traditional security officer operations.
Based on experience, the President of the Mobile Guarding Division offers a base salary of $175,000 - $200,000 and additionally includes a vehicle allowance and relocation package.

Skills and Requirements
- College Degree (preferred)
- 7+ years in a senior leadership role
- Security industry, military background, cash in transit, logistics, distribution, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to solve complex problems
- Proven track record for success at managing multiple leaders
- Ability to motivate, empathize, inspire, and relate to a diverse workforce of employees
