Creando Little Language Explorers is looking for a lead teacher for our brand new Explorertorium and Preschool on Monroe Street. Starting pay is $45-$50k salary based on experience.

Our new state of the art facility has an interactive classroom along with a large indoor open play area and play structure. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who can help run the daily activities of the Exploratorium and be the lead teacher for some of the preschool classes. You will work closely with the Creando owners and help manage and direct the assistant teachers. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish language, native speaker is a huge plus
• Experience teaching children
• Classroom management and lesson planning experience
• Ability to lead others
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with parents
• Fun and creative
• High energy
• Punctual and reliable

Salary and Benefits Package:

• $45,000-$50,000 annual Salary

The center is open 8:00am - 5:30pm M-F with a lunch break. The teaching hours are either 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm.

Creando is an award winning educational program for children in the Madison, WI area based on the foundation of a bilingual and Spanish immersion curriculum founded in 2013. Our fun and hands-on five senses learning approach will transport your child to a magical language exploration. Creando believes that every child will benefit cognitively, socially and culturally by learning a second language. In addition to improving their own cognitive development and learning abilities across many areas, children who learn a second language will become better global citizens through cultural awareness and the ability to communicate with more people around the world.

Creando Explorertorium on Monroe St. hosts a full-time licensed preschool for students ages 2-5 years old as well as an afterschool program for students ages 4-10.'
